The concept for this track is inspired by Heaven’s Gate, in memory of the members that took their lives. In some ways I can relate to feeling like an alien, like I don’t belong on Earth. To write this I tried to imagine what it might have felt like for some of the members as the Hale-Bopp Comet was approaching. It must have been an incredible feeling to believe you were about to go home.

Sadly, 39 people took their lives on March 26, 1997 as Hale-Bopp approached. We don’t know if they made it home or not, I like to think they did.
